What areas do you service?  
We provide our pet waste clean up services across all of the Brisbane City Council area as well as southern parts of Moreton Bay Council area. Please contact us to confirm if we service your location.

How do you keep my pets safe?
Ensuring pet safety is our top priority. The day before your service, we send a reminder via a text notification. After completing our work, we secure your gate and take a photo for our records, which is available upon request. Our team meticulously sanitises equipment after each yard to prevent cross-contamination. 

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. Our coverage protects both our team and your property while we carry out our services.

Do you provide invoicing for NDIS?
​We are happy to invoice for eligible NDIS participants. We understand that each NDIS plan is unique and tailored to individual needs. Please refer to your NDIS planner to confirm if your plan covers our services.


How often do you visit?  
We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, fortnightly, and one-time visits, to suit your needs.

What do you do with the collected waste?
Collected waste is securely transported and disposed of following all local regulations and environmental guidelines.

Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you do not need to be home. Our uniformed staff will perform the service and send you a message beforehand to confirm the service. If this is the first time we will be meeting your pets, we do ask that you be home to introduce us to your pets or keep your pets in an area separate from our staff.

Can you service commercial properties?
Yes, we provide pet waste clean up services for both residential and commercial properties, including apartment complexes and parks.

Is your service safe for pets?
Absolutely. We use pet-friendly and environmentally safe cleaning methods between all services to ensure the safety of your pets.

How do I sign up for your service?
You can book online by clicking here. You can contact us at information@clearground.com.au to schedule your service and discuss your needs or call 1300 DOGGOS to book.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payments online or via phone via credit cards or debit cards. We provide direct debit payment service. Contact us for more details.

Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Yes, we offer discounts for households with multiple pets. Get a quote to learn more about our pricing.

What if I have additional questions or concerns?

Policies

Service Pricing

Payment for service is charged to a card stored securely on Stripe each service rather than a monthly fee. Payment will be made on the morning of the service.

Yard size/difficult terrain 

If your yard takes over 30 minutes to service due to its size or terrain, an additional labour fee may be required. This will be discussed with you prior to the service.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Gate Access: Gates should be unlocked, or you can provide us with a key or combination for entry.

If your yard is inaccessible without prior arrangements, the service will be postponed until the next scheduled visit. Payment policies and rates are not adjusted for such delays.

 

Pricing Updates

Our rates are consistent across all service areas. Any adjustments to pricing will be communicated in advance. Prices are subject to change.

 

Payment Policy

Payments are processed automatically for each subscription service on the morning of the service. Please contact before 5pm the day prior to service if you want to adjust your service.

 

Weather Considerations

In case of severe weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your service. If rescheduling is not possible, the service will be postponed until the following week. 

 

Grass Height

Effective pet waste removal is challenging in overgrown grass. While we’ll do our best, tall or unmaintained grass may prevent us from removing all waste.

 

Cancellations

We understand things change, like cleaning the yard yourself or being out of town. Just give us a call before 5pm the day prior to the service, and we’ll happily reschedule.

 

Service Refusal and Termination

We reserve the right to decline service to any potential customer for any reason.
